- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to furnish labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and transportation to install electric heat pump system, complete with duck work for 4 homes and 3 duplexes. Project is located in Hanksville, UT, located in Wayne County, UT. Site visit is scheduled for March 30, 2010 at 11:00 am.
