DESCRIPTION: The General Services Administration (GSA), is interested in leasing approximately 7,217 rentable square feet of contiguous or noncontiguous office space yielding a minimum of 6,451 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet (previously usable). GSA requires fourteen (14) structured or reserved parking spaces for use by Government employees. Moderately priced eateries and other employee services must be located within one-quarter mile of the site. TENANT: Department of Defense – Office of Inspector General LOCATION: Offered properties shall be located within the following delineated areas of Mission Viejo, California: North: La Paz Road East: Marguerite Parkway South: Crown Valley Parkway West: Moulton Parkway Both sides of boundary streets shall be considered. LEASE TERM: The lease will be for ten (10) years, eight (8) years firm. REQUIRED: Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction, of a type generally recognized as modern office space. The space shall be altered to meet the Government’s requirements, shall have a fully serviced rent structure, shall be fully accessible in accordance with ADA standards, and shall conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level of RP 6 (seismic standards). The Government prefers contiguous space, but noncontiguous space will be considered. POINT OF CONTACT: Expressions of interest should be submitted to the following person and address in writing, via e-mail, or via fax, and should provide the building name, address, and the offered square footage, a site plan, and a list of moderately priced eateries and other employee services located within two miles of the site.
