- The United States Government seeks to lease "Class A" office space in CHEYENNE, WY. The space offered must consist of: 7,744 rentable square feet and space should yield between 6,413 to 6,734 BOMA usable square feet. Location within the following delineated area: Starting at I-25 and Vandehei St. Go East on Vandehei St to Gardenia Dr. Continue East on Gardenia Dr to Powderhouse Rd. Go South on Powderhouse Rd to Dell Range Blvd. Go West on Dell Range Blvd to Yellowstone Rd. Go South on Yellowstone Rd which becomes Central Ave/Warren Ave. Continue South on Warren Ave to E Pershing Blvd. Go East on Pershing Blvd to E Lincolnway. Go Southwest/West on E Lincolnway to Pioneer Ave. Go Northwest on E Lincolnway to Randall Ave. Go Northwest on Randall Ave to I-25. Go North on I-25 to Starting Point. Lease for 15 years, 10 years Firm and Fully Serviced. Space shall be located on the First Floor and be Contiguous. Meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Zoned commercial and/or retail space only. Space shall not be located in industrial or residential zoned locations or near tenants, buildings, or environments that create odors or noises (cleaners, liquor stores, beauty salons, bingo parlors, drug treatments, detention facilities, eating establishments). Public transportation within 2 blocks and restaurants/shopping within 1 mile of the space offered. Parking required for 35 vehicles. Handicapped accessible parking required immediately in front of the building. Space offered located within 2 city blocks from a primary or secondary street and shall be direct without obscure or difficult access. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 1, 2010.
