Kirlin Special Projects, LLC, W91278-10-D-0044; Linc Government Services, LLC, W91278-10-D-0045; Robins and Morton, W91278-10-D-0046; Syska Hennessy Group Construction, Inc., W91278-10-D-0047; Turner Construction Company, W91278-10-D-0048; United Excel Corporation, W91278-10-D-0049, under the Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization Defense-Wide: Tricare Management Activity (TMA) Program. This Recovery Act approved project, Modernize Medical Logistics Warehouse Building 9665, will complete renewal and modernization of an existing 277,000 sq. ft. six bay logistics warehouse originally constructed in 1953. The renewal work will improve the functional use and structural integrity of the facility and upgrade the facilities existing electrical (including emergency power), lighting, communication, data, security, mechanical and fire suppression systems. The facility will be brought up to current American Disabilities Act requirements.
