- Architect Engineering Services required to provide complete design and construction period services for Project 568-08-203, Expand Dialysis Design at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Hot Springs, SD. This project will relocate Dialysis from their current location on the second floor of the hospital. Design services will include evaluation and recommendations of new location for Dialysis from three potential locations in the hopital. Final relocation decision will be based on construction costs and suitability of space for the Dialysis function. This project will require relocation of existing hospital service(s) (Cardio/Pulmonary, Podiatry or Ambultory Surgery Rooms) depending on which location is selected for the relocation of Dialysis. Project will include construction that is necessary to relocate the service(s) that will be displaced by the Dialysis relocation. Construction estimate is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This procurement is set aside for small Architect/Engineering firms. Architect/Engineering firms capable of providing these services are to submit a current SF 330 for review and consideration by close of business December 7, 2007 to the attention of the Contracting Officer, (Log-Con-HS), VA Black Hills Health Care System, 500 North 5th Street, Hot Springs, SD 57747.
