Solicitation Number: AG-0489-S-10-0334 Notice type: Presolicitation RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER CENTRAL OREGON TRAIL MAINTENANCE RECONSTRUCTION AGREEMENTS UNDER SOLICITATION AG-04N0-S-09-8050. Task order project will include: mobilization, removal of three train bridges, furnishing and installing three trail bridges, excavation for placement of geocell foundations, placement of aggregate, and riprap, construction of a weir structure and trail surface restoration. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, tools, material, and equipment necessary to perform all work in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings. Anticipated period of performance for this task order is 90 calendar days after notice to proceed. The Government intends to place a firm fixed price task order on or before May 3, 2010. The resulting order shall utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required implementing the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror will be required.
