- Draft Performance Work Statement for Operations and Maintenance Support Services at the USDA/ARS South Atlantic Area Research Facilities The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) seeks facility operations and maintenance support for the South Atlantic Area research facilities. These facilities include the Richard B. Russell Research Center and Southeast Poultry Research Laboratory in Athens, GA and the U.S. Horticultural Research Laboratory in Ft. Pierce, FL. The purpose of this notice is to alert industry members that the USDA/ARS intends, on or about 4/2/2010, to solicit for proposals to accomplish the work outlined in the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement. The intended closing date of the RFP is 5/3/2010. This acquisition will be a 100% small business set aside.
