- Registration Document The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Contracts Office is pleased to invite interested representatives from Industry to an April 12, 2010 Town Hall meeting. This is an informational meeting; the primary purpose is to provide potential offerors with the status on current competitive acquisitions. In addition, preliminary planning information will be provided on upcoming competitive acquisitions. This forum will also be used to communicate with potential offerors some of the key issues affecting the acquisitions and to solicit comments and recommendations from industry. Senior contracts office personnel will provide information on a variety of on-going acquisitions and topics to be followed by interactive Q&A sessions. Topics to be discussed include: · Operations Enterprise (ADOP) Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) Acquisition · R&D Enterprise (ADRD) A&AS acquisition · Nuclear Deterrent and Weapons of Mass Destruction Support (NDWSP) acquisition · Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) Integrating Contract (CTRIC) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts · Other Planned Competitive Acquisitions The Town Hall meeting is for informational purposes only and will not be binding upon DTRA or the U.S. Government. DTRA plans to post any slides presented at the Town Hall and the participant registration list as an amendment to this FedBizOpps notice. However, the informal, interactive format of the Town Hall meeting may not permit us to post the Q&A's. The Town Hall location, agenda, and registration information are included with the attached Registration Document. Request all interested offerors submit completed registration information to businessrelations@dtra.mil by April 5, 2010, 4:30 PM eastern time.
