- The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) Joint Munitions and Lethality (JM&L)Contracting Center, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 is conducting market research to locate companies interested in entering into Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with the U.S. Government. Interested sources should be capable of providing the U.S. Government with services for maintenance and remedial repair of the following Ingersoll Rand air compressors, model numbers: UP6-30-150UP6-40-125UP6-15-125UP6-30-125 Applicable Documents:National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70 Article 500, dated 2005 AMC Safety Manual, AMCR 385-100, latest edition This synopsis is open to all business concerns. However, in accordance with FAR 19.501 our intent is to establish BPAs with small businesses. In the event there are not enough responses from responsible, capable small businesses, then large business responses will be accepted. The Government does not intend to issue a formal Solicitation requesting a Request for Quote/Request for Proposal upon expiration of this notice. Companies are invited to indicate their interests and capabilities by providing specifications, brochures, information pertaining to experience on previous supply capabilities and any other specific and pertinent information as it pertains to this particular area of procurement that would enhance our evaluation of the information submitted. All information is to be submitted via email at no cost or obligation to the Government; information provided will not be returned. Responses shall also indicate the size of the business entity; large or small IAW FAR 19.102, and a copy of the most recent ORCA certifications. Please provide the name of your company, address, POC, phone/fax number and email address. TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The Government will accept written questions by email. Interested companies are encouraged to submit their capabilities/qualifications data not LATER than March 31, 2010. This is a Sources Sought/Market Survey Announcement and submission will be used for informational planning purposes only. This notice does not constitute a formal Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFQ), nor is the Government obligated to issue the RFP/RFQ. In addition, the Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey.
