- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN INDIANAPOLIS, IN STAR #: 8IN2153 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 43,512 rentable square feet in Indianapolis, IN. The space should yield 38,372 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require nine (9) structured parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: E. Vermont Street South: W. Washington Street East: N. Alabama Street West: N. Capital In determining whether relocation will be economically advantageous to the Government, the GSA will consider cost factors including, but not limited to, the total cost of the physical move including telecommunications equipment, LAN systems, office furniture (conventional and system furniture workstations) and telephone systems. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 16th, 2010. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) Requirements. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
