- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): W9127N09C0027 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Portland District (USACE - Portland) has issued Modification 2 to Contract W9127N09C0027 for the Sheepy Lake Waterfowl Nesting Habitat. This modification provides compensation for standby costs incurred as a result of the archeological site identification; the development of an alternate access road to bypass the archeological site; delete the ditch crossing shown in the original drawings; and relocate the gate at the ditch crossing to the alternate acess road. In addition, the modification is for the use of 280 cubic yards of three inch open rock to plug the ditch located near the launch area in lieu of the specified rock reject.
