- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items authorized under Subpart 13.5 and prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation number, N68335-10-T-0118, is issued as a 100% small business set-aside Request for Quotations (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses provided herein are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-29, Amendment 01. (iv) The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 335312, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. (v) Only one purchase order will be issued for all items required. No partial orders will be accepted. (vi) This is a Foreign Military Sale acquisition for spare/repair parts for the Static Frequency Converters A/M24M-5, Model 1000AG1000, including: six (6) Fuse, Input, 250 Amp, National Stock Number (NSN) 6130-01-562-5417; three (3) Contactor, 3PST, N.O., NSN 6130-01-562-5423; two (2) Contactor, 28 & 270 VDC, NSN 6130-01-562-5428; ten (10) Fuse, Time Delay, 3 Amp, 500 Volt, NSN 6130-01-562-5438; ten (10) Fuse, Time Delay, 10 AMP, 500 Volt, NSN 6130-01-562-5424; ten (10) Fuse, Time Delay, 15 AMP, 500 Volt, NSN 6130-01-562-5429; four (4) Switch, Door Interlock, NSN 6130-01-562-5437; six (6) Power Supply, +5 & -12 VDC (PS2), NSN 6130-01-562-5433; nine (9) Diode, 28 VDC, NSN 6130-01-562-5435; three (3) Diode, SCR, NSN 6130-01-562-5439; twelve (12) Pad, Thermal, NSN 6130-01-562-5443; twelve (12) Transistor, IGBT, NSN 6130-01-562-5448; twenty-four (24) Pad, Thermal, NSN 6130-01-562-5453; six (6) Resistor, 100W, 10 OHM, NSN 5910-01-562-5459; two (2) Gasket, EMI, Feed-Thru Capacitor, NSN 5330-01-562-5460; fourteen (14) Gasket, EMI, Feed-Thru Capacitor, NSN 5330-01-562-5463; four (4) Latch, Half Turn, Converter Door, NSN 6130-01-562-5468; two (2) Tire & Wheel Assembly, NSN 6130-01-562-5474; six (6) Latch, Paddle, NSN 6130-01-562-5475; and three (3) Latch, Half Turn, Filter Access Panel, NSN 6130-01-562-5476 for use by the Taiwan Air Force E-2T Support Equipment. (vii) Delivery shall be 60 days after contract award. Inspection will be Certificate of Conformance. Acceptance will be by Government at destination. FOB is Origin. Offerors will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis. The price proposal will be evaluated to determine the offerors prices are realistic, accurate and reasonable.
