- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN TOLEDO, OH The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 14,740 rentable square feet in the central business district of Toledo, OH. The space must have the potential for efficient layout. The space must yield 14,039 to 14,740 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet. The Government currently occupies suitable existing space on a lease expiring 7/31/10 and is interested in considering alternate space only if it is economically advantageous. This economic determination will include the cost of move, tenant improvement alterations, internal material handling, internal operations, etc., when deciding whether it should relocate. The Government will require three (3) reserved parking spaces in the cost of the lease. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. The proposed space must be located within the central business district of Toledo, OH The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. The following are unique requirements for the space: • Building cannot have public parking beneath or within the facility. • Daytime cleaning shall be provided. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 1, 2010. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): • Building name and address • Location of space in the building and the date it will be available • Floor plan of space offered • ANSI/BOMA defined office area/useable square feet (USF) • Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and the rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included • Name, address, telephone number, and email address of the authorized contact • In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement and permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer Interested parties should submit pertinent information (e-mail preferred) no later than 4:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST) on 3/29/10, to the GSA's representative: Gerald Kosman Leasing Contracting Officer General Services Administratrion 230 S.
