Description

TAS::14 1041::TAS - RECOVERY ROCR PMIS# 148821 Stabilization of Meridian Hill High Wall, Title III Services. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY.This opportunity is only being offered to Quinn Evans Architects, Inc., the Architect/Engineer of Record for this project under IDIQ No. 1433C2000081400.In compliance with FAR 6.303 and 6.304 and under authority of 41 ISC 253c(1), the required review of construction submittals and office services related to as-constructed drawings is deemed available only from the Architect/Engineer of Record. The work to be performed includes submittal review and approval, coordination of sustainability requirement, office services, and site visits.. This work is review of and/or a continuation of the existing design work by Quinn Evans Architects, Inc. It is likely that award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. The NAICS code for this work is 541310.
