- NOTICE: ALL TECHNICAL QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS RFQ SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO MR. DAVID TUCKER, email David.Tucker@netl.doe.gov. Phone 302-285-4182. It is the National Energy Technical Laboratorys (NETL) intent to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Georgia Tech Applied Research Corporation for research support for the Hyper dSpace platform used for examination of fuel cell reliability.This is not a formal solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a request for quotation or proposal. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Challenges must demonstrate the capability to provide all of the above listed specifications for the item(s) being requested. If no challenges to acquire this (these) item(s) are received by 5:30 PM ET on March 30, 2010, the government reserves the right to execute an award without publishing a solicitation. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed award based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to robert.mohn@netl.doe.gov no later than the time and date noted above.
