Description
A sources sought notice is being published by the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (USAINSCOM) The Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS) G2 requires Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support. The contractors will engage in an environment that is focused on supporting the Army and Intelligence Community (IC) transformation, Military Intelligence Rebalancing, Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO), Army transformation. The contractors shall have technical and analytical expertise of Information Management (IM)/Information Technology (IT) concepts, principles, methods and practices sufficient to plan and execute technical and complex IM/IT assignments Specific Requirements are: 1. Administrative Support. 2. Army transformation, Intelligence Community IM/IT initiatives and intelligence systems architectures. 3. Enterprise Data Management. 4. MI system support for Army force structure at all echelons including, but not limited to Future Combat System (FCS), Battle Command, Distributed common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A), Document and Media Exploitation, Biometrics and Forensics, and Communications support to Intelligence. 5. Information Assurance (IA) support. 6. Automated Systems Integration Database (ASID). 7. Enterprise architecture to support development of policy and procedures to manage Army architecture development. 8. Technical and analytical support covering Life Cycle Management. 9. Network and Visual Information (VI) support. Based on the information provided, interested firms are requested to submit a response in the form of a capabilities statement, no more than eight (8) pages (on one side, 8 by 11 size paper, 12 point Arial font). The capabilities statement must provide a cover memorandum stating their business size (small, or large; if small, provide detail on category, e.g. small women-owned, 8(a), etc.) and whether they can provide some or all of the requirements listed in this notice. Small businesses are HIGHLY encouraged to respond. All contractors demonstrate the eligibility to obtain personnel with a TS/SCI clearance. Only electronic responses will be accepted.
