Description

THIS IS A SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEM: JANITORIAL SERVICES, HUMBOLDT/TOIYABE NATIONAL FOREST SMNRA, LAS VEGAS OFFICE. SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS. The project consists of janitorial services for the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest Spring Mountains NRA Annex Office located at 4584 North Rancho, Las Vegas, NV 89130. The Annex is approximately 4948 S.F. +/-, with 16 cubicles, 5 offices, 2 restrooms, break room, Conference room, map and file room, and Janitorial room. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary as specified herein. Base Year contract time is from April 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011. The Government, at is option, may renew this contract not to exceed three, one-year periods at the same terms and conditions. Option 1 period will be April 1, 2011 through March 31, 2012. Option 2 period will be April 1, 2012 through March 31, 2013. Option 3 period will be April 1, 2013 through March 31, 2014. NAICS code is 561720. Size Standard: $16.5 Million. See numbered note #1.
