- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): CSE Construction Co., Inc. W912DQ-10-C-4011 Project Number 38863, Repair Primary and Secondary Digester at Sewage Treatment Plant This is a construction project to convert the existing sludge digesters to aerobic digestion, including all mechanical and electrical work associated with the conversion. There will be two options, that bidders will be required to provide pricing on: Option 1: Convert existing secondary clarifier 1 to aerobic digestion, including all mechanical and electrical work associated with the conversion. Option 2: Convert existing secondary clarifier 2 to aerobic digestion, including all mechanical and electrical work associated with the conversion. This solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single firm fixed price (FFP) construction contract. The estimated performance period for completion of construction is 365(Three Hundred Sixty-Five) calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP).
