RECOVERY - The purpose of this synopsis is to provide the names of the offerors selected for award of ten (10) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) for Horizontal Design Build and Design Bid Build Construction in the Southwestern Region. in response to RFP No. W912HY-09-R-0023. The Unrestricted MATOC Pool is made up of the following contractors with Max Limitation of approximately $495M all ten (10) contracts combined. Each MATOC contains a base year and four options years. All other awardees were awarded the minimum guaranteed amount of $3000.00 each. This project is partially funded with American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Funds.
