- Description
- This is a competitive 8(a) procurement. All qualified 8(a) firms are eligible to participate. All other firms are ineligible to submit offers. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561210, Facilities Support Services with a small business size standard of $35.5 Million. Work shall consist of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment and all else necessary to perform Military Family Housing Maintenance services at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri. This will be a firm fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract will consist of a base period of seven months with with eight, 6-month option periods. Note: Whiteman AFB is projected though not firm to privatize military family housing in the spring of 2011. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 15 April 2010 on the FedBizOpps posting system. No paper copies of the solicitation will be available. Note: Although we are providing a link for the Interested Vendors List, the listing will not be used to notify vendors of any amendments to the solicitation. It is your responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps web site for changes to the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to any contract award.
