- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PUROSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOS UNDER THE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANITYT (IDIQ) CONTRACT NUMBER IBM09C0010 WITH TRC, IBM09C0011 WITH MWH, AND IBM09C0012 WITH E2M. RECOVERY - Contractor will be required to assist the United States Section, International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) with the phased implementation of restoration measures identified in the Rio Grande Canalization Project Conceptual Restoration Plan. The Rio Grande Canalization Project encompasses a 105-mile reach of the Rio Grande from Percha Dam, New Mexico, downstream to American Dam, Texas. The objective of the Restoration Plan is to produce enhanced cover and in-channel acquatic diversity; to restore healthy riparian function enhance natural riverine processes; and to improve terretrial wildlife habitat at sites within the USIBWC floodway. The contractor will perform: Task 1 - Site Specific Data Gathering; Task 2 - Site Implementation Plans with assistance from USIBWC, will review, collect and analyze data and will develop detailed site plans for each restoration site that can be implemented within Phase I; and Task 3 Cultural Resources Surveys and Section 106 Clearance for Restoration Sites. The deliverables include, but are not limited to: Soils Survey Report; SWFL and YBC Survey Report upon completion of Year 2 surveys; Detailed implentation plans for pilot projects (including costs, water budgets, before and after ET estimates as indicated in Task 2 above; Cultural Resources Survey Report for REstoration Sites; Administratiave REcord Files (in native format or similar); Contracts administration to provide monthly inoivces and progress reports (including work completed, project issues, and plans to addres issues); and Contractor participation in monthly update conference calls (including provision of call-in number, and draft meeting agenda). The performance period will consider the time to complete two (2) seasons of bird surveys in accordance with Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) requirements. THE RESULTING NEOGITATED TASK ORDER WILL BE SYNOPSIZED AND ISSUED UNDER THE SUCCESSFULLY COMPETED AND EXISTING FIRM FIXED-PRICE MULTIPLE AWARD IDIQ ENVIORNMENTAL SERVICES CONTRACT REFERENCED ABOVE.
