- Description
- The Fort Leonard UPH Support Division requires unfurnished two and three bedroom housing units to house activated reservists. Unfurnished is defined as including a stove, refrigerator and trash receptacle. The three-month period for this requirement is 1 April 2010 through 30 June 2010. Contractor shall provide all repairs to the housing unit or provided appliances. Repairs shall be included in the monthly rate charged. Notification of repairs needing to be done shall be made by the occupant or PW-U personnel by calling 573-329-4000. If a housing unit becomes uninhabitable, Contractor shall coordinate with the PW-U to relocate the occupants to another unit. The PW-U shall be provided 10 days to accomplish any required move. The 10 days includes 5 days for the PW-U to relocate furnishings and 5 days for the occupant to relocate their personal belongings. Contractor shall provide electric, gas, water, sewer and trash removal as part of the monthly cost for the unit. Occupants will be responsible for any other services. Grounds maintenance, NTE 75 ft perimeter around facility, will be the responsibility of the contractor.
