Attachment II_ Cost/Price Spreadsheet Attachment I_Statement of Work (SOW) Request for Quotation (RFQ) HSFEHQ-10-Q-0047 The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)'s Office of External Affairs and the Emergency Management Institute plan to host a two-day conference designed to bring together key representatives from the Black Leadership Forum and leadership representing a variety of departments from FEMA. The main purpose of this conference is to engage the leaders of this crucial constituency group to provide an introduction to major areas and functions at FEMA, Additionally to provide greater understanding of our organization which will allow these leaders actively to engage and educate their peers on how to effectively lead their communities in the preparation of an emergency and in the event of an actual one. Phone calls will not be accepted. Interested Vendors may submit question via email to Trina Bouknight at Trina.Bouknight@dhs.gov until 1PM EST Thursday March 25, 2010. Quotations are due Monday March 29, 2010 by 1:00PM EST. This deadline will not be extended.
