- Description
- The 23rd Contracting Squadron is seeking potential sources interested in proposing on an acquisition to furnish all personnel, labor, materials, equipment and services to perform all work for 24-Hour Nurse Triage Services at Moody AFB, located near Valdosta, GA. The contractor shall be accredited by the Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC) or hold similar national accreditation. Work shall consist of toll-free telephone based Registered Nurse Triage/Homecare Advice Service. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify the availability of qualified sources. The anticipated contract type will be firm fixed price. The contract will have a base year plus 4 option years. This acquisition is contemplated for one of the following set-asides: 8(a), HUB-zone or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned. The NAICS Code is 621399 with a Size Standard of $7.00M. If your company is able to provide the services requested and is interested in this acquisition please submit the following: 1.
