- Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(a)2(b), the U.S. Army RDECOM Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to Cyberware Laboratory, Inc. of Monterey, CA, to provide yearly maintenance of WarSTAR Cyberware 3d scanners and software. Cyberware is the manufacturer of the PX, MM and WB4 3d scanners and is thus uniquely qualified and the only company authorized to provide maintenance for their systems. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the U.S. Army RDECOM Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division, via e-mail at jonathan.lehmann@us.army.mil no later than 07 April 2010, 12:00 pm EST.
