- Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract for Environmental Services, Kingdom of Bahrain and United Arab Emirates. The work includes, but not limited to, shop towel cleaning; used oil transportation; collection, transport and recycling of used oil; waste transportation; oil and water laboratory analysis; and incinerate medical and hazardous waste. The contract will be for a base performance period of twelve months with option provisions for four additional twelve month periods for a total contract term not to exceed 60 months. The minimum guarantee is $50,000.00 for the entire contract. The type of procurement will be a competitive source selection Request for Proposal with the basis of award as best value, price and other factors considered. The RFP will require both price and technical proposals with the evaluation criteria identified in the RFP. The anticipated release date of the RFP is 7 April 2010 with a proposal due date of 8 May 2010. The preproposal conference/site visit will be held on/about 19 April 2010. Please note that all dates are tentative. The Government intends to post all notices/amendments releated to this RFP on the EuroNECO website at https://euro.neco.navy.mil. All interested firms should register on EuroNECO in order to obtain the RFP, notices, and amendments. No hard copies of the RFP documents will be provided. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the website daily for any updates/amendments. Registration for this solicitation is recommended. All contractors proposing on Department of Defense procurements must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award. In order to register in CCR, contractors must have a Dun and Bradstreet Number available at http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform and a Commercial and Governmental Entity (CAGE) Code or NATO Commercial and Government Entity (NCAGE) Code (foreign firms) at http://www.dlis.dla.mil/Forms/Form_AC135.asp.
