- Description
- Travis AFB intends to procure the services for television services. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, transportation and all necessary items to provide television services at Travis AFB, CA. The period performance is 1 October 10 through 30 September 2011 with four (4) one-year options. Complete details of television services, evaluation factors and the performance work statement (PWS) will be included in the request for proposal (RFP). This requisition is un-restricted. The North American Classification System (NAICS) is 515210 and the related size standard is $14.0 million. Award shall be made based upon best value to the government in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items. The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror. The solicitation will be made available on or around 14 May 10. This date is an estimate and subject to change without notice. The solicitation package will be posted on http://www.fedbizopps.gov The government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation package. Facsimile, telephone, written and/or email request for the solicitation package will not be honored. Prospective offerors are responsible for monitoring the fedbizopps website for release of the solicitation package and downloading their own copy of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information. Prospective offerors who download the solicitation are requested to submit their company name, address, phone number, fax number, email, points of contact, DUNS number and business classification (i.e. large, small, disadvantaged, 8a, HUBzone, woman owned, veteran, service disabled, etc) via email to Contract Specialist Bryan Armstrong, phone (707) 424-7747, fax (707) 424-5189, or email at bryan.armstrong-02@travis.af.mil All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. Prospective offerors must have or obtain a DUNS number, be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov, must complete FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representation and Certification Commercial Items at http://orca.bpn.gov, and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil to ensure electronic funds transfer.
