- Amendment to the solicitations Amendment to notice, 22 January 2010 - Uploaded document titled "TMQ053 Parts Usage 2008_2009". This is a report attained from Remedy Help Desk at AFWA which lists all the parts shipped during years 2008 and 2009. This is supplemental information to aid Offerors in building proposals in response to this requirement. Amendment to notice posted 08 February 2010 incorporates changes made as a result of Industry Day involvement received on 04 February 2010 at Hill AFB, Utah. Amendment to notice posted 11 February 2010: There was an incorrectly answered question in the document titled Industry Day Questions/Answers (questions 43) and additional questions added (questions 88-92). This document is reposted with corrections. The list of attendees at Industry Day is posted. The Solicitation is reposted with added clauses, 952.225-0006 and 952.225-0007 for Theater Business Clearance. Awardee is responsible for obtaining Theater Business Clearance prior to shipments into Iraq or Afganistan valued at above $25,000 ( http://www2.centcom.mil/_layouts/AccessAgreement.aspx ). Only the changed documents are posted via this amendments. All other documents remain unchanged and applicable to this solicitation. Amendment to notice posted 17 February 2010: There were errors in the document titled Industry Day Questions/Answers (Questions 83 and 84) that have been corrected. Only the changed document is uploaded. All other documents remain unchanged. A redacted version of the Technical Manual requested under Question 9 is available through the point of contact for this RFP. Due to the size of the document and dissemination statement on the cover page, this document will not be posted to FedBizOps. Amendment to notice posted 23 February 2010: Additional questions submitted are incorporated into document titled Industry Day Questions/Answers as attached (questions 88-96). The RFP submission due date is changed on FBO from "Eastern" to "Mountain" time. Section L, paragraph 1.2, was revised. Section M, paragraph 2.1.3.1.(g) was revised. Only changed documents are being posted. Amendment is posted 24 March 2010 to incorporate DFARs clause 252.222-7999. RFP close date is extended until 31 March 2010. Offerors who have already submitted proposals in response to this requirement should submit CHANGED PAGES ONLY, if their proposal is changed as a result of this amendment.
