Description: The Bureau of Reclamation intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with CH2M Hill for the program support of the Generation Scheduling and Configuration Offline Database (COD) software packages under the authority of FAR 13.106-2 (b)(1). A sole source justification has been prepared in support of this acquisition due to the proprietary nature of this software. This notice may represent the only official notice of such a solicitation.
