Description: The Library of Congress, National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS/BPH) has a requirement for the duplication, packaging, and distribution of audio digital books (DB) in both flash cartridge and cassette formats in accordance with National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped specifications 202, 203, 300, 403, 420, 701, 703, 900, 1202, and 1203. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on FedBizOpps on or about April 2, 2010.
