Description

THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO CHANGE THE DESCRIPTION OF A PREVIOUSLY ISSUED NOTICE. THE CORRECTED DESCRIPTION APPEARS BELOW. AMERICAN RECOVERY AND RE-INVESTMENT ACT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE (NPS) Northeast Region intends to enter into negotiations with a firm to be determined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) to replace a water line at Shenandoah National Historic Park located in Luray Va. This announcement is not a solicitation for offers. The NPS anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract to a capable 8(a) firm pursuant to FAR 19.8 and FAR 6.302-5(b)(4). The estimated price range of this effort is $250,000 to $500,000. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) 238220.
