- Description
- Customs and Border Protection is seeking small businesses who meet the following size criteria: NAIC Code 541612, Human Resources Consulting Services. Small Business Size: $7,000,000 or less per year annual revenue. The contractor must be capable of providing Employee Assessment Expertise and have at least 5-10 years experience in doing so with national organizations, in particular government entities or law enforcement entities. The contractor must be capable of delivering proctered test sites (not on government property) to approximately 300 sites through the U.S. and territories. The contractor must have education and experience within the Human Resources Field, continuation/development of Automated Testing Procedures. The Contractor must be able to continue the automated assessment testing program that has been in place for approximately four years. The contractor must provide contractor owned automated processes for an approximate four test batteries as per CBP specifications to test up to 7-10,000 candidates year. Contractors having these qualification are to send information detailing their capabilities by e-mail only to patricia.startzman@dhs.gov. The purpose of this notice is to determine eligible small businesses who have the capability to meet the above stated requirement. Please state business size; and all other approved government status such as hubzone, service-disabled, etc. Please state company full capabilities and edcation/experience (must have minimum 5 years) in employment assessment analysis/procedures and development of automated testing on a national level.
