- Notice of Proposed Contract ActionsIAW FAR 12 and 13, RFQ VA-259-10-RP-0112 The VISN 19 Rocky Mountain Network Contracting Center contemplates an award of a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity contract for unattended sleep studies. Contractor shall provide diagnostic medical testing and analysis of services of sleep related respiratory disturbances using a portable, unattended home sleep testing and monitoring devices to any veteran patient referred by the Sheridan VA Medical Center (SVAMC) located in Sheridan WY. The proposed contract will be issued for a commercial firm fixed price contract type. The period of performance for this contract will be one year with four additional one-year option periods. This is a synopsis for in-home, unattended sleep study services. The contractor shall provide the equipment to the patient's residence and provide instructions for hook-up. The contractor shall also have on staff certified professionals to read and interpret test results and to provide a comprehensive sleep study report. Price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers; the final contract award will be based on best value to include past performance. Request for Proposal VA-259-10-RP-0112 will be available for download on or about 26 March 2010. No telephone requests for this solicitation will be allowed. Offers are to be received by the VA Rocky Mountain Health Network, VISN 19 Consolidated Contracting Center, 4100 E.
