- The response date is extended until March, 30, 2010 1700 Eastern Daylight Time. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (Fac) Fac 2005-38, Effective 11 Jan 2010 and class deviation 2009-O0009. This acquisition is for Small Business. NAICS is 812990. Solicitation is for commercial service of genealogical services. Place of delivery, performance, and acceptance is FOB Destination, Dover AFB, DE 19902. The following provisions and clauses apply: Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis. BPA's are used when quantities are unknown and Dover AFB has no idea on how many genealogical services will be required on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. A detailed search to establish beyond a reasonable doubt the Person Authorized to Direct Disposition (PADD) for unaccounted for AF members from the Korean, Vietnam and Cold Wars.
