- This solicitation is for the procurement of 3 NSNs in support of LAND Combat Vehicles means of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for the Land (SMSG) Strategic Material Support Group at DSCC. The estimated Annual Demand Value (ADV) of $5,666,634.64 and a five year total of $28,333,173.05. Destinations are for the Continental United States (CONUS) including Alaska and Hawaii and all Ports of Loading, F.O.B. Destination. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Requested delivery from 30 to 180 days shipped to various CONUS locations. This requirement is Unrestricted. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Requested delivery is for STOCK requirements only. All NSNs are available for download under the “Acquisition download” menu item on the DSCC InterNetBidBoard System (DIBBS) under subject heading “DSCC Corporate Contract Solicitations” at http://dibbs.dscccols.com. Access is also available via the World Wide Web, at http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/corporate_contracts/cc.asp Manufacturer’s Code and Part Number (if applicable): The Purchase Item Descriptions (PID)s for each NSN is available and can be downloaded also from the internet via the website stated above. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
