Description

Attached is the revised Draft PWS dated 26 Mar 2010. This will be the final release of the Draft PWS prior to release of the Formal RFP. Highlighted in yellow are the paragraphs that have been changed and reflect the responses the Government has given to Industry questions. The Government strongly suggests a complete review of this entire document. Please provide comments and questions by 1 April 2010. The RFP release date is still to be determined.
