- Intent to Sole Source: The Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, MI 48201, intends to sole source to Ancerra Corporation, 11139 Harriston Dr, Fishers, Indiana 46037 to provide advisory and assistance to the Veterans Engineering Resource Center in the application of systems redesign and use of systems engineering method and techniques for a period of six months. Ancerra Corporation will provide these services for the VA Medical Center, Detroit, MI. This proposed contract action is for the services mentioned above, which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. All FAR provisions and clauses maybe reviewed and/or obtained from he General Service internet address: http://www.gover/far. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposal contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely with the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be submitted no later than March 30, 2010 to the contracting officer indicated above. See numbered note 22. No E-Mail request will be accepted.
