- RECOVERY ACT PROCUREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Task Order GS-P-04-10-BV-5087 will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The proposed procurement is being made under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for the primary geographic area of GSA Region 4 (GS-04P-10-BV-D-0029). The North American Industrial Classification Code is 236220, (Commercial & Institutional Building Construction) and the size standard is $33.5M. The estimated range of this project will be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. ONLY THE FOLLOWING LISTED CONTRACTOR IS PERMITTED TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS FOR THIS CONTRACT: NTVI Enterprises LLC, 814 West Diamond Avenue, Suite 220, Gaithersburg, MD 20878 THERE MAY BE SUBCONSULTING OPPORTUNITIES. ANY INTERESTED PARTIES MUST CONTACT NTVI ENTERPRISES LLC DIRECTLY. The scope of this work is a design-build project for ARRA Retro-Commissioning Implementation at the Veach-Bailey Federal Building, Asheville, NC; Asheville Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse Asheville, NC; and the L. R. Preyer Federal Building/Post Office & U.S. Courthouse, Greensboro, NC. This project includes both design stage services and construction stage work to modernize building systems for energy conservation measures.
