- RECOVERY ACT PROCUREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Solicitation No. GS-04P-10-BV-C-0030 will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The proposed procurement is being made pursuant to the Partnership Agreement between the U.S. Small Business Administration and the General Services Administration (GSA) and will be issued as a sole source 8(a) contract award. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 236220, (Commercial & Institutional Building Construction) and the size standard is $33.5M. The estimated range of this project will be between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00. ONLY THE FOLLOWING LISTED CONTRACTOR IS PERMITTED TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS FOR THIS CONTRACT: Windamir Development & Construction, 2005 Meredith Park Drive, McDonough, Georgia 30253. THERE MAY BE SUBCONSULTING OPPORTUNITIES. ANY INTERESTED PARTIES MUST CONTACT WINDAMIR DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION DIRECTLY. The scope of this work is a design-build project for ARRA Retro-Commissioning Implementation at the Matthew Perry U.S. Courthouse, Charleston Post Office and U.S. Courthouse, Hollings Judicial Center, C. F. Haynsworth Federal Building and the U.S. Courthouse, Donald Stuart Russell Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse. This project includes both design stage services and construction stage work to modernize building systems for energy conservation measures.
