- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government. FISC Jacksonville is requesting statements of capabilities for services to conduct an Advanced Management Program (AMP) for Naval Supply Corps School, Newport, RI. The program is designed to provide business managers with the ability to think strategically and globally to create organizational value within the new business environment. The program should enhance ones ability to assess the external environment, evaluate its impact on business, and provide decision making through an expanded capacity to build, direct and manage complex networks of competent, motivated people. The program should explore the implications of the e-business world on leadership, managing organizational change, Information Technology solutions, operational effectiveness, and supply chain management. The focus of this course will be on today's global electronic environment; gaining the perspectives to lead in the twenty-first century and orchestrating the widespread change needed for on-going success. A draft statement of work is provided as an attachment to this Sources Sought notice. Contractors should submit statements of capabilities and information on relevant subcontracts and/or commercial contracts (the information must be clear whether the work by the offeror was done as a prime contractor or a subcontractor). Offerors who describe similar contracts and subcontracts shall provide a detailed explanation demonstrating the similarity of the contracts to the requirements of the RFI. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. The response date for this market research is April 14, 2010. No collect calls will be accepted. All responses to this RFI may be submitted to Rebecca Washington, Contracting Officer, via hard copy to the FISC Jacksonville, 110 Yorktown Ave., 3rd Floor, PO Box 97, NAS Jacksonville, FL 32212-0097.
