Description

RECOVERY ACT PROCUREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Task Order GS-P-04-10-BV-5102 will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The proposed procurement is being made under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for the primary geographic area of GSA Region 4 (GS-04P-10-BV-D-0031). The North American Industrial Classification Code is 236220, ( Commercial & Institutional Building Construction ) and the size standard is $33.5M. The estimated range of this project will be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. ONLY THE FOLLOWING LISTED CONTRACTOR IS PERMITTED TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS FOR THIS CONTRACT: Alutiiq-Mele LLC, 615 Piikoi St Ste 812a Honolulu Hi 96814-3116. THERE MAY BE SUBCONSULTING OPPORTUNITIES. ANY INTERESTED PARTIES MUST CONTACT ALUTIIQ-MELE LLC.DIRECTLY. The scope of this work is a design-build project for ARRA Retro-Commissioning Implementation at the Clifford Davis - Odell Horton Federal Building, Memphis, Tennessee. This project includes both design stage services and construction stage work to install energy efficient lighting for energy conservation measures.
