Standard Form 1442 page 1 of 2 - Correction to Block 11 AMENDMENT 0002 RFP DOL110RP20884 page 58 of 64 (Section L) Standard Form 30 - Amendment 0002 of Solicitation DOL110RP20884 The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to: a) Change PROPOSAL due date from March 31, 2010 to April 15, 2010 on page 68 of Section L within the solicitation. Deadline time remains as 3:00 PM. However, EST has been changed to Eastern. b) Correct calendar days in Block 11 from 514 to 346 "calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed", on page 1 of the SF 1442. Just as clarification, the proposal due date has not been changed within the SF 1442. Please refer to Block 11 of SF 30, Amendment 0002 for solicitation extension. The Q&As will be uploaded no later than Wednesday, March 31, 2010.
