- RECOVERY ACT PROCUREMENT ACTION. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE GSA E-BUY PROGRAM. This is a notice to inform the general public that this acquisition will be procured through GSA e-buy. RFQ435533 has been re-issued the new number is RFQ441810. The National Park Service (NPS) has identified a requirement, on a fixed-price basis, to supply and deliver project materials for retaining walls at two beach centers at Gateway National Recreation Area, Fort Hancock, NJ. The complete list of materials along with their respective sizes and quantities will be posted with the complete solicitation on GSA eBuy.
