- Instructions to Offerors Performance Work Statement Email System Design (Attachment A) Past Performance Questionnaire (Part III) Supplemental Material Cost/Pricing Proposal (Attachment B) To acquire resources to establish the CDC E-mail system, transition from the current E-mail system, support, maintain, operate and monitor the CDC E-mail system. Under this task the contractor shall install Microsoft Exchange 2010, migrate E-mail from Microsoft Exchange 2003 to Microsoft Exchange 2010, monitor, operate and maintain CDC's new E-mail system. The contractor shall establish, install and provide solutions for archiving E-mail as well as solutions for migrating email attachments from IXOS to the new mail system. The contractor shall maintain and monitor CDC's E-mail System with a minimum system availability time of 99.9%.
