- RECOVERY - VKAG 10-1035, Repair Hangar Roof, B4537 This office hereby offers the RECOVERY-Repair Hangar Roof, B4537, Solicitation No. FA4809-10-R-0010, Project No. VKAG 10-1035 at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC to the Small Business Administration (SBA) for contracting under 8(a) contract procedures with an anticipated award in 2nd quarter, FY 10. Description of work to be performed but not limited to: Furnishing all labor equipment, and material for the removal of existing roofing materials and installation of new roofing materials (including insulation, EPDM roof cover, sheet metal items, flashings etc). Estimated period of performance: The performance period for the project is 120 calendar days. NAICS Code: 238160. The anticipated dollar value of the requirement: Estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. Type of contract contemplated: Firm-Fixed Price 8(a) firm for this Section 8(a)acquisition: KAISERKANE, INC, 6802 Paragon Place, Richmond, VA 23230-1644 Bonding is required as follows: Performance Bond: 100% of the awarded contract amount.
