- Description
- Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS), managing contractor of the Savannah River Site (SRS) for the Department of Energy (DOE), solicits interested firms desiring to be considered for a Davis-Bacon contract to install replacement Engineered Trench 2 Sump and closure of Engineered Trench 1 Sump. Engineered Trenches (ET) 1 and 2 are two adjacent drive-in trenches for disposal of boxed low-level waste. These two trench locations drainage storm water run-off to a common sump in ET1. Due to recent elevated rad levels in this common sump, a replacement sump in ET2 is to be installed and the current ET1 sump closed as well as the ET 1 itself. This acquisition will be limited to the following SRNS Strategic Agreement Holders: AECOM Technical Services (Greenville, SC), CDM (Oak Ridge, TN), Environmental Chemical Corporation (Lakewood, CO), MACTECH Eng and Consulting (Alpharetta, GA), Navarro Research and Eng (Oak Ridge, TN), North Wind Inc. (Greenville, SC), SM Stoller Corp (Broomfield, CO), Safety and Ecology Corp (Knoxville, TN), Terranear PMC, LLC (Exton, PA), Worley Parsons Polestar, Inc (Richland, WA), Tetra Tech (Oak Ridge, TN), Pangea Group (St. Louis, MO), Shaw Environmental & Infrastructure Group (Denver, CO), Los Alamos Technical Associates Inc (Westerville, OH).
