- RECOVERY - SOFTWARE UPGRADE The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), has awarded Purchase Order# G10PX00465, Solicitation # 10WRQQ0035 to Instrumental Software Technologies Inc, 70 Cereus Way, New Paltz, NY 12561, to provide software upgrade service for VALVE 3. The period of performance is approximately 6 months after receipt of contract for delivery to Vancouver, WA. The dollar value of this action is $114,848.00. Full funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5. Unique provisions required implementing the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements have been included. (ATN #SV0011) Due Date: 02 MAR 2010
