- RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION ONLY. Place of performance for the purchase of windows is dependent upon contractor award, and place of performance for the installation of the purchased windows is Dinosaur NM, Dinosaur CO. This procurement is set aside to be competed among the five (5) Hubzone IDIQ contract holders of the Design Build MATOC for the Denver MABO, Intermountain Region, National Park Service. Contract Numbers are C1244090529, C1244090530, C1244090531, C124409532, C1244090533. The project consists of the replacement of windows at Dinosaur National Monument HQ Building, Dinosaur CO. TAS::14 1035:: TAS RECOVERY DINO PMIS# 123559 WINDOWS REPLACEMENTSection 6.2(1)FAR 4.605, 5.704-5.705 The NAICS code is 238220 with a small business size standard of $14.0M. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The performance period is 90 calendar days. Estimated award date is 29 March, 2010. The task order will be competed among the five IDIQ contracts and will be awarded to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offeror.
