Description: AMCOM Contracting Center, RDEC & FMS/HAWK/UGV Directorate, Repair and Rebuild (R&R) Division plans to Award a Firm Fix Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO) for the AMCOM Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD). This Procurement is for the Repair of One Chinook (CH-47) Transmission, Mechanical, Helicopter (NSN: 1615-01-287-5319; P/N: A11-591-DGRI). The Teardown, Test and Evaluation (TT&E) Effort will be requested initially. Upon completion of the TT&E the Repair and Rebuild (R&R) Effort will be procured. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate to ONLY one source thus this Notice IS NOT a request for Competitive Quotes and no written Solicitation will be issued.
