- RECOVERY REHAB PROVINCE LANDS BIKE TRAIL PHASE II PMIS# CACO 152477 TAS::14 1041:: TAS NAICS CODE 237990. THIS PROJECT WILL BE FUNDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA) AND IS SUBJECT TO THE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS OF THE ACT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY BEING OFFERED TO THE CONTRACTOR AWARDED UNDER SOLICITATION NO. 1443N2011090300 (Contract No. 1443C2011090300-Classic Site Solutions, Inc.). The Government intends to negotiate and award Modification No. 0003 to Classic Site Solutions, Inc. for additional work as allowed by FAR Clause 52.211-18 Variation in Estimated Quantity. This modification is for follow on work deemed to be available only from the original contractor.
